We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to engage with leads generated by the marketing team, provide accurate product information, and support the sales conversion process.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with leads shared by the marketing team (calls, WhatsApp, email)
Explain product/service features, pricing, and offers to prospective customers
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads for the sales team
Maintain lead data and update CRM systems regularly
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team when required
Address basic customer queries and objections professionally
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign follow-ups
Ensure timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion rates
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
