Job Summary:

Responsible for managing customer inquiries and order processing within stipulated timelines,

coordinating marketing activities, ensuring timely follow-ups for new business generation, supporting the sales team, and maintaining accurate CRM monitoring and ETA updates to achieve sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: Receiving, reviewing, and processing customer orders in the system.

Documentation: Preparing and verifying order-related documents like invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.

Coordination: Liaising with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment.

Customer Communication: Addressing customer inquiries, providing updates on order status, and resolving issues promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
