Key Responsibilities:
Apply merchandising principles to enhance productivity across retail operations
Efficiently manage multiple priorities and allocate resources between accounts
Provide clear scheduling instructions and delivery goals to frontline staff
Anticipate potential customer issues and implement contingency plans proactively
Train and mentor frontline employees using PBC tools and processes
Consider cost-per-unit constraints when addressing customer needs
Support employee task prioritization and foster a collaborative team environment
Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and monitor progress
Set performance targets and measure results to maintain accountability
Requirements:
Graduate degree
Prior experience in modern retail
Immediate availability to join
Willingness to travel as needed
Proven experience in team management
