Sales Supervisors

to join our team at Perinthalmanna. The ideal candidate will oversee showroom sales operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support sales staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Manage day-to-day showroom operations Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory team Train, motivate, and evaluate sales team performance Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Requirements

Previous experience in retail or textile sales preferred Experience in a supervisory or team leader role is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team
