Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper execution of sales plans.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to new and existing sales staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the
beverages, FMCG, or wine & liquor industry
.
Proven experience in team supervision and target achievement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good understanding of the Mumbai market and retail distribution channels.
Ability to work independently and handle field operations.
