The Food & Beverage Supervisor (Kiosk Operations) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of kiosks, ensuring smooth service, efficient stock management, and excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and driving kiosk sales to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Kiosk Operations
: Ensure smooth daily functioning of kiosk outlets, maintaining hygiene, quality, and operational efficiency.
Staff Management
: Supervise, guide, and motivate kiosk staff to deliver excellent service and maintain discipline and productivity.
Team Management
: Assign duties, schedule shifts, and monitor performance to ensure efficient workflow and teamwork.
Stock & Inventory Management
: Oversee stock checking, replenishment, and proper handling of goods to avoid shortages or wastage.
Sales Management
: Track and manage kiosk sales, ensuring targets are met and promoting upselling and customer engagement.
Customer Service
: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by handling feedback and ensuring prompt service.
Reporting
: Prepare daily sales and stock reports for management review.
Compliance
: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Food & Beverage / Hospitality or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in F&B or retail kiosk operations preferred. Freshers can also apply
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple kiosks and teams effectively.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and inventory management.
