The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory. This role involves managing distributor/channel partner relationships, ensuring proper market penetration, and leading a team of sales executives to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual

primary & secondary sales targets

. Develop and manage channel partners/distributors for business development. Handle

channel sales

operations including order booking, stock management, and credit control. Drive new product launches and promotional campaigns at the ground level. Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure target achievement and market coverage. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strategize accordingly. Conduct regular market visits for customer engagement and territory analysis. Ensure timely reporting and documentation (sales reports, forecast, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) for smooth sales operations. Provide training and support to team members for performance improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BBA/B.Com) MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

channel sales

within related industries (Plywood, Paints, Sanitaryware, Electricals, Tiles, etc.)
