We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Supervisor with about 5 years of experience to join our growing FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing retail and distributor relationships, achieving sales targets, ensuring product visibility in the market and training and evaluating his team members. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, target-driven environmentKey Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of around 10 Salesmen across Rajasthan.- Conduct training, and performance evaluations of his team members.- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.- Conduct regular market visits and fieldwork to ensure product visibility, placement, and availability.- Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights.- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong business relationships with channel partners.- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth product supply and dispatch.Qualifications & Requirements:- Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business, or Marketing).- 5-8 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in supari, confectionery, or tobacco-related products.- Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan.
