Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Connect with UK-based clients through outbound calls
Understand client needs, present solutions, and close sales
Develop trust-based, long-term client relationships to ensure success
2. Sales Tracking & Performance Management
Log leads, activities, and results into the CRM system
Track progress against weekly and monthly goals
Share accurate reports with the team for transparency
3. Continuous Learning & Development
Take part in structured training programs and workshops
Learn global sales and client engagement techniques
Apply feedback from mentors to grow as a Sales Success Partner
Candidate Profile
Education:
Graduate in any stream (recent graduates encouraged)
Skills:
Strong English communication, confidence on calls, client-focused attitude
Experience:
Freshers welcome; telesales/BPO background is a plus, but Determination is the best thing to bring!
Personality:
Ambitious, money-motivated, eager to support clients while growing career
