Sales Strategy and Growth Specialist
Job Summary:
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Strategy and Growth Specialist to drive business growth, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and lead our sales team to success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Conduct sales forecasting and provide regular pipeline updates to management
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address skill gaps
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve performance
- Identify and address reasons for sales failures and develop corrective strategies
- Present findings and recommendations to management
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy development and execution
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
