We are seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Sales Strategist to take ownership of our sales processes and ensure consistent, data-driven execution across the funnel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing workflows, aligning messaging with buyer intent, and keeping every part of the sales cycle moving smoothly.


You'll play a key role in refining how we manage relationships, prioritize leads, and scale outreach strategies. Working closely with the Sales Copywriter, Sales Associate, Account Managers, and Sales Consultant, you'll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our sales engine.

Key Responsibilities




Strategic Sales Execution




Design and manage the relationship strategy for outreach, follow-up, and re-engagement. Ensure we're connecting with the right people, at the right time, with the right message. Oversee lead prioritization and pipeline status accuracy across tools like Pipedrive and Missive. Guide messaging and timing across inbound, outbound, nurturing, and re-engagement workflows.

Sales Cycle Oversight




Monitor the entire sales cycle to spot bottlenecks and proactively resolve them. Review communication threads, reports, and engagement data to assess effectiveness. Maintain consistency in lead progression across all stages of the pipeline. Provide insights and recommendations based on trends, performance, and conversation history.

Cross-Functional Collaboration




Collaborate with the Sales Copywriter to ensure tone and content align with strategic goals. Partner with the Sales Associate to confirm tools and systems are supporting the intended outcomes. Work closely with Account Managers for contextual updates on prospects, deals, or follow-ups. Report to and collaborate with the Sales Consultant to refine overall strategy and structure. #

Desired Skills




Minimum 5 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or sales coordination, preferably in a B2B or agency environment. Deep understanding of sales cycles, lead scoring, prioritization, and pipeline management. Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset, with a focus on optimization and clarity. Ability to work independently and drive process improvements proactively. Confident reviewing and interpreting metrics, engagement data, and CRM insights. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions without needing to be client-facing.

Nice to Have




Experience working in agency, SaaS, or B2B services. Familiarity with Pipedrive, Missive, Notion, or similar CRM and task management tools. * Exposure to building or supporting a sales engine from the ground up.
