Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. This includes understanding their needs, answering questions about products or services, and providing expert advice.
Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage with potential customers (prospects). This can involve cold calling, following up on leads, and giving product demonstrations or presentations to close sales.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively explain their features, benefits, and value to customers.
Meeting Sales Targets: Strive to meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas and performance metrics.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. This includes following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns, and identifying opportunities for repeat business or upselling
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 63 per week
