Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements Assist customers in selecting fabrics, garments, and textile products Explain product details such as fabric quality, price, offers, and care instructions Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Maintain proper display of products and showroom cleanliness Handle billing support and coordinate with the cashier when required Manage stock on the floor and inform the supervisor about low stock Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally Follow store policies, sales processes, and grooming standards Support during peak hours, festivals, and sale periods

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English preferred) Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of textiles/fabrics is an advantage Ability to work in shifts and stand for long hours Team player with a positive mindset
