Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, and promoting our products to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner Explain product features and benefits to customers Achieve daily/weekly sales targets Manage billing and cash handling (if required) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area Keep records of sales and customer interactions Report stock levels and customer feedback to management.
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of billing and handling cash preferred. Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
