Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Greet customers warmly and build rapport through friendly, professional interactions
Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable products or services
Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, warranties, and promotions
Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency
Sales & Transactions
Operate POS systems to process purchases, returns, and exchanges
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase basket size and customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Store Maintenance & Merchandising
Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are visually appealing, and signage is accurate
Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and loss prevention measures
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
Product Knowledge & Training
Stay up-to-date with new arrivals, product specifications, and brand messaging
Participate in training sessions to improve selling techniques and customer service skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
