Greeting and Assistance:

Warmly welcome customers, offer assistance, and guide them to the desired products.

Product Knowledge:

Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions, according to several job descriptions.

Answering Questions:

Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues effectively.

Product Recommendations:

Suggest suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.

Upselling/Cross-selling:

Promote additional or related items to enhance the customer's purchase, according to a retail sales executive job description.

Store Operations:

Merchandising:

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.

Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock levels.

Loss Prevention:

Monitor the sales floor for suspicious activity and follow loss prevention procedures.
