Job Title: Sales Staff - Direct Factory Price

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Staff to join our factory outlet shop team. The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive shopping experience while maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Promote current offers, discounts, and outlet deals effectively Achieve individual and team sales targets Maintain product displays, stock organization, and store cleanliness Replenish shelves and assist with stock counting and inventory control Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a polite and efficient manner Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and loss-prevention procedures Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail or sales experience preferred (outlet or factory shop experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and handle light lifting if required
