We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced sales staff member to join our team at Sanjos WoodArt, a leading furniture shop offering high-quality home furnishings. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting furniture and home decor based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide detailed product knowledge to customers, including materials, care, and style options. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales goals. Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Maintain product displays and store organization to create an inviting atmosphere. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising. Stay up to date on product trends, industry developments, and promotions to inform customers.
