Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, social media, and networking.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Maintain and update the lead database regularly with accurate contact and company information.
Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building efforts.
Set up appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales/business development team.
Understand client needs and explain the company's offerings effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
Track and report lead generation activities and performance metrics.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
