Role Overview:



We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Sales Specialist

to drive real estate sales across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the local property market, a proven sales record, and the ability to engage and convert potential buyers into satisfied clients. This role involves direct client interaction, site visits, lead management, and driving sales performance to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end real estate sales processes - from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure. Promote IP Vaastu's residential and commercial projects to prospective buyers and investors. Conduct site visits and provide professional consultations tailored to clients' property needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and local area developments. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads through campaigns, events, and digital channels. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills:



Experience:

5 to 10 years in real estate sales, preferably in Hyderabad. In-depth knowledge of local markets, customer preferences, and legal/regulatory frameworks. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, email, and other sales platforms. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred.
