Job Summary
New Fleet Solutions is hiring a results-oriented
Sales Executive
with strong
B2B sales experience in the U.S. market
, preferably within
Amazon DSP or Last-Mile Delivery (LMD)
operations. This role involves working directly with U.S.-based clients, identifying business needs, and closing service-based solutions. The position offers a competitive fixed salary along with

Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales targeting
U.S.-based Amazon DSP and logistics businesses
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and virtual meetings
Present and sell services such as Accounting, Payroll, HR, Dispatch, and Virtual Assistance
Understand client operational challenges and propose customized solutions
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and retention targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of
B2B sales experience in the U.S. market
Hands-on experience with
Amazon DSP or LMD businesses
Strong understanding of U.S. logistics operations and compliance expectations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Experience selling service-based solutions
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling back-office, accounting, HR, dispatch, or staffing services
Existing network of U.S.-based DSP owners or logistics decision-makers
Familiarity with U.S. business culture, sales cycles, and client expectations
Compensation & Benefits

Up to ₹40,000 per month
