We're seeking a

Sales Specialist

with a strong track record in

B2B sales within the US market

, specifically targeting the

hospitality sector

. You'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth through direct sales, channel partnerships, and e-commerce platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities



Drive

sales of commercial kitchen equipment

to hotels, restaurants, and catering companies across the US. Develop and implement

strategic sales plans

targeting the HORECA sector. Manage and grow

e-commerce sales channels

, optimizing product listings and improving customer experience. Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Deliver product presentations and negotiate deals with clients and distributors. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to stay competitive. Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to support sales initiatives. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, Sales

, or a related field. 3-5 years of

B2B sales experience

in the

US market

, preferably in the hospitality or kitchen equipment sector. Strong background in

e-commerce and digital sales channels

. Proven success in selling

kitchen appliances or equipment

to restaurants, hotels, or catering companies. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently in a remote setup. Experience using

CRM tools

(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and generating sales reports.

Preferred Skills



In-depth understanding of the

hospitality procurement process

and buyer personas. Experience managing both

online and offline sales

channels. Comfortable collaborating with

cross-functional teams

(marketing, logistics, finance). Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon Business, Alibaba, or similar) is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
