Your role and responsibilities




In this role, you are Responsible for Sales & business development of Low voltage products (ACB, MCCB, Contactor, MCB, DB, Modular Switch) market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.


The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite


This role is contributing to the ABB, Electrification, Smart Building Business, for the Sales Operation function at Chandigarh.


You will be mainly accountable for:

Sells products to customers, focusing on achieving volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned business units. Builds and maintains effective customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience and aligning solutions to customer needs. Promotes customer understanding of full product, system, and service offerings to drive engagement and sales. Prepares and executes sales plans using company tools, conducting regular status reviews and proposing recovery plans as needed.

Qualifications for the role



Diploma / B.E. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with a solid technical foundation. 7-13 years of experience in a similar field, managing sales and technical operations. Ability to grasp concepts and adopt techno-commercial offer preparation and submission. Extensive techno-commercial acumen, aligning technical knowledge with business objectives. Professionally agile and effective in varied work settings, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. Should have effective communication & customer relationship skills Willing to travel across the region
