Experience Required:
1 to 3 years in Outbound Sales / Telesales (preferably in International BPO)
Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Outbound Sales Executives for our international BPO process. The role involves engaging global customers via outbound calls to pitch products or services and close deals. The ideal candidate should have prior outbound sales experience, excellent English communication skills, and a passion for performance-driven work.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US/UK/AUS markets
Pitch and promote products/services effectively over the phone
Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions
Overcome objections with confidence and close sales
Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets
Record and update all customer interactions in CRM systems
Maintain high call quality and compliance standards
Collaborate with team leads to improve sales strategies
Requirements:
1-3 years of outbound sales or telesales experience (BPO experience preferred)
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with international time zones
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
Familiarity with sales scripts, CRM tools, and call logging
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High discipline and accountability for achieving KPIs
