Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets.
Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and competition.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering customized solutions and resolving concerns promptly.
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout sales and project execution.
Business Development
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and participation in industry events or trade shows.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted client acquisition campaigns.
Prepare and deliver impactful proposals and presentations to secure new business.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Support the development of junior team members through mentoring and training.
Financial Management
Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets for management review.
Industry Knowledge & Innovation
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
Provide clients with innovative solutions tailored to their event or travel requirements.
Key Skills Required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred for experienced candidates).
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
Analytical mindset to interpret market data and sales metrics.
Creative problem-solving with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (required).
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Knowledge of event management or travel services will be an advantage.
Understanding of destination-specific travel products or event solutions is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
