Key Responsibilities:

Drive

enterprise solution sales

for TRACK and MANA across large corporates and SMBs Manage full-cycle B2B sales:

lead generation, demos, negotiations, and closures

Conduct impactful

product demos

tailored to client needs in hiring, L&D, and assessments Engage with

HR leaders, L&D heads, TA managers, and CXOs

Maintain strong

pipeline growth

through events, digital outreach, and networking Share

market intelligence

and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing & CS teams Consistently meet/exceed

sales quotas

and deliver quality revenue growth
Ideal Candidate:

3-5 years of

B2B enterprise sales

experience (preferably HR tech / SaaS) Proven

quota achievement

in fast-paced environments Strong

HR/L&D/CXO-level network

in metro cities Excellent

communication, presentation & negotiation

skills Passionate about

tech, AI, and consultative sales

Knowledge of

HRMS, ATS, LXP, assessments, or GenAI

is a strong plus Familiar with

CRM and sales automation tools
