Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to acquire and manage new US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling digital marketing services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms targeting US clients Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, etc.) to prospective clients Understand client requirements and tailor suitable marketing solutions Prepare proposals and quotations and negotiate contracts Manage CRM and track all sales activities and opportunities Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams for smooth onboarding and project execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or B2B international sales Excellent spoken and written English; strong communication and persuasion skills Experience dealing with US clients and understanding of US market/business culture Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones) Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, and lead generation platforms
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a digital marketing agency Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing services Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
