Hiring: Sales Specialist (European Work Permits)

Salary: ₹25,000/month (with conditions)

We're looking for a self-motivated Sales Specialist who can generate their own leads and close at least 3 successful sale per month to qualify for the basic salary. This is a great opportunity for experienced immigration, education, or travel sales professionals who want career growth in a fully remote setup.

What You'll Do

Generate your own leads through social media, personal contacts, or B2B outreach Guide clients on European work permit options and processes Handle client communication, calls, and documentation Maintain clear records and daily updates Support clients until post-sale completion

What We Need

Minimum 1 year experience in sales (preferably in immigration/travel/education) Deep understanding of European work permits is a big advantage Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and hit monthly targets Minimum 3 confirmed sale per month is required to earn fixed salary Existing recruiter or agent network is a bonus

Salary & Benefits

?25,000/month basic (only applicable after 3 sale/month) ?4000 incentive for each additional work permit sales If the target is not achieved per month, the basic salary with become incentive model as per number of sales you achieved in that month Growth to Sales Team Leader for consistent performers
