Job Location: Delhi/Pune- We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and self-driven Education Specialist who has prior experience in selling technology based solutions in education segment (K-12/ Higher Education).- Candidate should have a good network base in education and can built and manage education accounts in the assigned territory to drive sales.- The responsibilities include managing a team, submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers about product features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints.- You should also be able to create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.Responsibilities & Duties :- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing education customers based within the assigned sales territories.- Traveling to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling to new and existing customers.- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.- Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.- Strategically negotiating with potential and existing education customers to close sales.Skills Required :- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Businesses Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred.- Proven sales in education sector.- Strong consultative sales skills.- Excellent organizational skills.- Effective communication and negotiation skills.- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.- Minimum experience of 8 years in selling ed-tech solution in education domain.
