Job Summary:The Specialist Salesperson for Digital Workplace Services will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities related to our comprehensive suite of digital workplace solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital workplace landscape, GenAI tools, applicability to the Indian market with excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions that address their specific business needs.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory or industry vertically.- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present compelling value propositions to prospective clients.- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM systems.Technical Expertise & Client Relationship Management:- Develop a deep understanding of our digital workplace services and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.- Act as a subject matter expert, providing insightful advice and guidance to clients on digital workplace best practices.- Have technical understanding at a capabilities level and "what problem will this solve" on tools like Nexthink, ServiceNow, Copilot and other next gen/ Gen AI tools- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.- Proactively address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.- Provide excellent post-sale support.Market Analysis & Business Development:- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats.- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven sales experience in the digital workplace services industry or related technology sector.- Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies and solutions, including cloud computing, collaboration tools, endpoint management, and security.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Results-oriented with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce).- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.- Strong organizational and time management skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Industry certifications related to digital workplace technologies- Experience selling managed services.
