MagicDecor is a fast-growing home decor brand offering premium wallpapers, wall art, and interior design solutions. We're expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to drive conversions and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Lead Generation:
Identify and source potential clients through LinkedIn, online platforms, professional networks, and offline channels.
Client Meetings:
Arrange and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present our services, understand requirements, and build relationships.
Follow-up & Relationship Management:
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment on client expectations and deliverables.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential collaboration opportunities
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in D2C or home decor/e-commerce industry).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high-volume leads and follow-up efficiently.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
