About the Role

: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist with 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationship and closing deals that align with our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


- Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, - Conduct product/service presentations and tailor pitches to client needs and pain points. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align on go-to-market strategies. - Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
