Sr. Sales & Sourcing Executive specializing in real estate, your primary role is to identify and acquire potential clients and leads for real estate sales. Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting:

Build and maintain a database of potential clients and leads.

Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Present property listings and provide information on real estate services.
Needs Analysis:
Understand the specific needs and preferences of potential clients.
Tailor property recommendations based on client requirements.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, and industry stakeholders.
Keep clients informed about market trends and investment opportunities.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
Market Intelligence:
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and changes in real estate laws and regulations.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on market intelligence.
