Job Description

Responsible for applying specialized knowledge to support various aspects of sales operations, including learning & development, technology support, and customer solution design and implementation.

What you will do

Provide specialized sales education and learning & development (L&D) support to sales teams. Offer technology support to ensure smooth functioning of sales-related systems and tools. Design and implement customer solutions based on their specific needs and requirements. Facilitate sales enablement activities to empower sales teams with necessary tools and resources. Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to achieve sales targets. Manage or maintain sales-related systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Take part in projects aimed at developing or changing sales systems or processes as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with overall business goals and objectives.

You will be a great fit if you have

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, finance, engineering or information systems related At least four (4) years in business planning, logistics and distribution planning, engineering, consulting , computer technologies or related, of which three (3) years in program management and/or global/international transportation industry

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Accuracy & Attention to Detail Analytical Skills - Minimum 2 yrs. Power BI experience(or equivalent visualization tools)*
Advanced SQL skills are mandatory*
Numerical Skills - Advanced Excel / VBA skills are mandatory Strong presentation skills Strong in written & verbal communication Strategic Thinking
