Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth pre-sales to post-sales handoff
Prepare proposals, solution presentations, and pricing quotes
Meet monthly
lead generation and conversion targets
Attend virtual meetings, webinars, and client calls to pitch our services
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and new solution offerings
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or IT services
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Strong understanding of CRM software (Bitrix24 preferred), automation, and digital tools
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and sales CRMs
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented mindset
