We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Inside Sales Specialist

(5+ years experience)to drive revenue growth within the US and UK markets. This role will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and closing deals with mid and large enterprises for our innovative software services and e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions and/or e-commerce platforms/services *within these markets, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage their pipeline effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.

Responsibilities:



Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads within the US and UK mid and large enterprise segments through various methods, including online research, networking, and leveraging existing databases. This includes leads interested in both software solutions and e-commerce platforms/services.

Sales Engagement:

Initiate and manage outbound communication (calls, emails, virtual meetings) to engage prospects, understand their business needs, and present compelling value propositions for our software services and e-commerce solutions.

Needs Analysis and Solution Selling:

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and requirements, and tailor our software service offerings and/or e-commerce platform/service packages to provide effective solutions.

Product Demonstrations and Presentations:

Deliver engaging and persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our software solutions and e-commerce offerings.

Pipeline Management:

Effectively manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and activities within CRM.

Negotiation and Closing:

Lead and manage the negotiation process, addressing client concerns and objections to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts

.


Market Understanding:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and specific nuances of the US and UK software and e-commerce markets.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

.


Reporting and Analysis:

Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and market feedback to the sales management team

.


Travel:

Be willing and able to travel to the US and/or UK as required to attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences

.


Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven inside sales experience selling software services to mid and large enterprises in the US and/or UK markets.


Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Exceptional presentation and virtual meeting facilitation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess a valid US and/or UK visa
Prior experience traveling to the US and/or UK for business purposes is essential.
