The Sales & Social Media Manager is responsible for driving business growth through digital sales campaigns, lead generation strategies, and social media marketing. This role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing online campaigns that attract, engage, and convert qualified leads while strengthening the brand's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Sales & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize digital sales campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising channels
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through digital funnels and automated workflows
Manage inbound leads from social media, landing pages, and digital campaigns
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and conversion rates
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with revenue goals
Optimize customer journeys from first touchpoint to conversion
Social Media Management
Develop and manage content calendars aligned with campaign objectives
Create engaging organic and paid social media content to drive traffic and leads
Monitor comments, DMs, and inquiries and convert engagement into leads
Manage paid social media ads and retargeting campaigns
Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve results
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year
