Job Role : Sales Site Executive
Gender: Both ( Male & Female )
Timing : 10 am to 6 pm
Education: Graduate and above
Location: Ranchi
Experience: Freshers / Experience ( Real estate / Construction sales ) Preferred.
Salary: 20k to 30k plus incentive based on performance.
Responsibility
Managed day - to - day update
Generate leads, follow up with Client and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target.
Manage customer visit and handle negotiation.
Required
Strong Communication & Convincing Skill.
Ability to manage team and site operations.
Sales experience in Real estate / Construction ( Preferred )
Must have own Vehicle
