We are looking for

friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales & Service Staff

to join our busy

bakery and cafe

. You will be the face of our brand -- greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner. Take and process customer orders accurately. Serve bakery items, tea, coffee, and other beverages. Maintain cleanliness and order in the service and display area. Refill displays and ensure all products look fresh and attractive. Handle billing and cash/card payments (if required). Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service. Provide excellent customer service and handle queries efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience

in cafe, bakery, or restaurant service preferred. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of

POS / billing

is an advantage. Friendly, well-groomed, and energetic personality. Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

and as part of a team.
