To support the Sales & Service function in North India by assisting in business development, conducting product trials and applications, installing equipment, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is instrumental in achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's presence across the region.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist Managers in executing sales and business development strategies for North India.
Track and report customer order delivery status.
Follow up on pending payments with customers.
Conduct product trials and applications at customer sites to generate trial and regular orders.
Install spray systems and related equipment at client locations.
Train customer personnel on the usage of lubricants, spray systems, and other supplied equipment.
Maintain continuous contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Attend and resolve customer complaints by performing root cause analysis and proposing actionable solutions.
Submit weekly and monthly visit reports to Manager/Head Office.
Provide detailed feedback on customer visits and submit technical test reports.
Report and escalate customer grievances, if any, in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile:Education & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or a Bachelor's in Science.
Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in the Forging and Die-Casting industry.
Gender:
Male candidates preferred.
Communication & Technical Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency mandatory).
Good interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality.
Basic to intermediate math and analytical abilities.
Ability to independently operate and explain equipment and measuring tools.
Computer proficiency: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Skilled in professional email writing and customer communication.
