Key Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laparoscopy equipment and related medical devices.
Provide timely service support to hospitals/clinics and ensure minimal equipment downtime.
Coordinate with the technical team and vendors for spare parts replacement and technical upgrades.
Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.
Train end-users (hospital staff/doctors) on basic equipment handling.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
Hands-on experience in medical device servicing, especially in
laparoscopy/endoscopy systems
.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel within the region for service support.
