Role Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Sales & Service Engineer

who will be responsible for driving B2B machine sales, providing technical sales support, and ensuring effective post-sales service. This role requires a blend of

technical expertise, sales acumen, and customer service orientation

.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development



Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the assigned region. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions. Prepare proposals and quotations, and conduct price negotiations. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Service & Technical Support



Handle installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites. Respond to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues. Carry out preventive maintenance and ensure minimum downtime of machines. Provide training to customer operators and technical staff. Maintain strong after-sales relationships for repeat and referral business.

Market & Customer Management



Track competitor activities and industry trends. Maintain detailed sales and service reports in CRM/ERP. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and technical seminars.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of industrial machines / automation systems. Technical problem-solving and analytical ability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with service-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications & Experience:



Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in

B2B machine sales and technical service

. Experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery preferred. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
