Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled

Sales & Service Engineer

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for

sales, installation, service, and technical support

of CNC Plasma & Gas Cutting Machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

sales inquiries

and provide technical consultation to customers. Conduct

machine installation, testing, and commissioning

at customer sites. Perform

service, maintenance, and troubleshooting

of CNC cutting machines. Build and maintain

customer relationships

for long-term business growth. Maintain

spare parts stock coordination

and ensure timely service support. Prepare

reports and documentation

related to sales and service activities.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Related field. 1-3 years of experience in

CNC / Industrial Machines

(preferred, freshers may also apply). Strong knowledge of

plasma, gas cutting, or CNC automation

is an added advantage. Good communication and customer handling skills. Willingness to travel for service support.
