Job Description

Identify and approach new customers

to promote CNC plasma/gas cutting machines through field visits, phone calls, and online platforms.

Prepare and share quotations, technical details, and offers

with potential customers based on their requirements.

Conduct product demonstrations

and explain machine features, applications, and benefits clearly to help customers choose the right model.

Coordinate installation and commissioning

of machines at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and operation.

Attend customer service calls promptly

and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, electrical, or mechanical problems.

Provide after-sales support

, including operator training, usage guidance, and preventive maintenance tips.

Maintain records of customer interactions

, sales orders, installation reports, and service calls for future reference.

Promote spare parts and consumables

, assisting customers with reorders and ensuring machine uptime.

Collect customer feedback

after installation and service, and share suggestions for product or service improvement with the team.

Report to the management regularly

on sales performance, service status, and market trends.
