B.Sc. Agriculture

graduate to join our team as a Sales & Service Engineer. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about modern agricultural technology and want to make an impact on the food processing industry in India. The position involves extensive travel and direct engagement with clients and distributors nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and generate new leads for agricultural and food processing machinery across India. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients (farmers, food processors, distributors, etc.). Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and understanding their specific needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Technical Service and Support:

Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and training for our machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment in a timely manner. Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of machinery to ensure optimal performance. Maintain detailed records of all service activities and customer interactions.

Market and Customer Analysis:

Gather market feedback to inform product development and improvement. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and dealers. Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients, helping them choose the right machinery for their operations.

Skills and Qualifications

Education:

B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture is mandatory.

Experience: 0-3 years

Freshers

are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Experienced

candidates with 1-3 years in agricultural machinery sales or service will be given preference.

Technical Skills:

Good understanding of agricultural practices and the food processing industry. Basic knowledge of machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. A high degree of professionalism and customer-centric approach. Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
