Install, commission, and demonstrate products at customer sites
Attend breakdown calls and provide timely technical support
Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing
Maintain service call reports and job cards
Ensure proper handover of serviced equipment
Submit daily visit reports and service reports
Promote company products and services to existing and potential clients
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
