Technical support:
Provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and operational issues, and act as a subject matter expert.
Process improvement:
Identify bottlenecks, implement optimization strategies, and automate operational processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, support, and product teams, to resolve issues and improve overall system performance.
Documentation:
Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures, incident reports, and project updates.
Problem-solving:
Investigate technical issues escalated by support, perform root cause analysis on production errors, and develop solutions.
Compliance and safety:
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards and maintain a healthy work environment.
Project management:
Manage project timelines, coordinate with vendors, and oversee project installations to ensure they are completed correctly.
