Carry out Installation, servicing and maintenance of machines at customer sites.
Provide technical demonstrations and training to customers and dealers.
Attend to service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions.
Manage and support spare parts requiements and ensure proper stock availability.
Maintain accurate service logs, customer reports, and spare part usage in Ecxel/Google sheets.
Support both dealers and direct customers with professional technical assistance.
Work in close coordination with the service head and follow all standard processes.
Ensure systematic reporting and documentation of all service activities.
Candidates Requirements:
Qualifcation: Diploma/Degree in Electronics or a related technical field.
Experience: 1-4 years of experiencein service/technical support (preferably in machinery or equipment industry).
Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English.
Good Knowledge of MS Excel / Google sheets for reporting and stock management.
Ability to travel frequently across Delhi NCR and nearby states.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Organizes, reliable, and capable of working independenly.
