Sales & Service Engineer - Analytical & Testing Instruments

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on

Sales & Service Engineer

to join our team. The role will primarily focus on

after-sales service

and

technical support

for our range of analytical and testing instruments. When not on service visits, the candidate will support the internal sales team with customer follow-ups, lead generation, and technical sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, commissioning, and training for analytical/testing instruments Routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support Internal sales support: -Follow up with customers via phone/email -Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, documents, and proposals -Search for new leads and project opportunities online Maintain accurate service records and customer communication logs

Qualifications:

Diploma in Engineering with

5+ years of experience

, or B.E./ B.Tech in Engineering with

2-3 years of relevant experience

Hands-on experience with

analytical instruments or testing machines

preferred Good communication skills in English and Hindi Willingness to travel for service visits on PAN India basis
