Position:-Sales & Service Coordinator

Experience:-1 to 2 Yr ( 6 months relevant experience may also apply )

Gender :- Female candidates preferred

Location:-Navi Mumbai

The JD as follows:-

Act as the single point of contact between Sales and Service teams.

Track sales orders and ensure service teams are aligned for timely installation, delivery, or support.

Monitor service requests, complaints, and follow up on resolution.

Ensure documentation for sales and service (POs, invoices, service reports) is completed accurately and timely.

Assist in addressing customer queries related to product delivery, installation, or service issues.

Identify and suggest improvements in workflow and communication between departments.
